Site Civil & Utility Work
The work involved includes tasks such as excavation, water, sewer, drainage, electric/site lighting, communications, foundations, paving, retaining walls, ledge removal, crushing, soil remediation, pond modifications, and related activities. It also covers tree clearing and grubbing, sewer pump station installation, infiltration systems, curbing, sidewalks, wetlands mitigation, MassDOT road improvements, milling, roads and sidewalks, pavement markings, and support for MBTA shoring. Additional tasks may include layout, preparation and support for shoring and helicals, reclaiming, and installation of electric car charging ports. The projects often involve tasks like blasting or hammering for ledge removal and modifications to ponds and roads.
